im pretty sure im know the answer to this question but here goes anyway. My job unfortunately gives me access to thousands of cockroaches DAILY. they are inside sewer manholes. Are these guys safe to feed to monitor lizards ? Or is there a risk of bacteria or the likes....
Cheers

Are you talking about those huge American roaches? If so, the answer is a big NO.

Do yourself a favour and don't use literal sewer cockroaches. Woodies are dead easy to breed yourself with extremely low effort, space, time and money.
