First Time Incubating Eggs

I have a question my eggs are due to hatch I have estimated within the first week of march I checked them tonight and I have noticed one of the eggs have a small hole it's round and at the top of the egg is this normal

Sounds a bit oddly shaped.. just keep an eye on it if possible
