A couple of pics taken by a friend from Docker. Can anyone ID the Demansia for me?

Are you talking about docker river in the northern territory?

If so I would identify that Demansia as a psammophis based on distribution though I'm interested to know what others think also

That'd be my guess, but also interested in other opinions.

Yellow-faced Whipsnake (Demansia psammophis cupreiceps). Clearly fits the description in the field guide. In the AROD section on this species in "other photos", the top L/H photo is a dead ringer with yours.

Thanks Blue...hadn't thought to check AROD. Some interesting colour varieties with the Yellow faced Whips.
