Try adding a heat source to the base of the enclosure. This will help maintain the temps, and help with the humidity / dry out period. You do not want the substrate to remain damp 24/7.

we wish we could move there haha would make things so much easier haha, and yeah we just tookk back the automister and brought a heat mat for the bottom of the enclosure, and we have set that for 27, so hopefully it stays warm over night and keeps the humidity good.

gotta love having a kitten, buy a new light, place on bed, kitten runs in and breaks it..... 3rd time back to the shop for me today haha

just wondering, we have blue tack holding the probe onto the perch, is blue tack bad, if so, what else could we use to keep the probe there?
