I'm ordering some Giant Mealworms from Livefoods Unlimited tonight and was wondering if these can be used as a staple for a sub-adult beardie? I know that mealworms aren't ideal, just not sure if these should be treat or stable

giant mealworms are just the same as mealworms (tenebrio molitor) so only good as treats. But if you get superworms (zophobas morio) these can be offered more often but still not as a staple.
The best worms are silkworms and can be used more often but are usually not available all year, another alternative is BSFL (black soldier fly larvae) which are also very good.
You really need to get crix or woodies as a staple as these are more readily available but still need added calcium powder every second day.
