Hello everyone,
I bought the GYPR thermo-hygrostat as advised by my local reptile pet shop. I have a 120x60x120 enclosure (which I’m currently trying to set up)
1. Just wondering, as there’s 3 sockets (heat lamp, heat mat and light) and only 1 heat sensor, how will I ensure that the heat mat won’t overheat?
I was told to place the heat sensor half way up on the hot end. I was going to sell my other thermostat, but if I can’t solve this issue then I may have to use it for the heat mat.
2. also with anyone that has this GYPR thermostat, is there any way I can turn the monitor/screen light off? I hate that my room can’t be completely dark at night
