I made a thread previously but forgot to ask this question! The enclosure I have is 58 x 32 x 42.5cm, what method of heating would be best? (Mat or cord?) & what wattage?

Either option will work. I use heat mats but want to move to heat cord in a rack setup. Whichever you chose, make sure you have it attached to a thermostat to have controlled accurate temperatures

Heat cord is probably the better option, as you can heat several smaller enclosures at the same time.
