Hey guys,
I have had my new coastal (proserpine) carpet python for almost a month and still have no name for it. If you could help me out with some that would be great.
Cheers nameless, I mean, Simon

I always though 'Shag' was a good name for a carpet.... (groan)

I often like to take names from mythology and older stories, which is why Fafnir is my coastal's name (look it up on Google!). I also have Brunhilde and Siegfried the giant burrowing cockroaches, and Rosencrantz/Guildenstern (Tom Stoppard fans will understand) the goldfish. There used to be another goldfish but he committed suicide by jumping out of the tank. *So* hence why the not-knowing-which-I-have-left. I think, though, that my next snake will be called Thaarg, King of Snakes because of a longstanding joke amongst my friends. :)

Hey SOB

here are some anagrams of Prosepine carpet:

CRAPPIER PETERSON (sounds like an old schoolmate)
SNAPPIER RECEPTOR
CARTERS PEPPERONI
NOTEPAPER PRICERS
CRISPER NOTEPAPER (a must)
PROCREATE SNIPPER (someone who carries out vasectamies)
ARTIES PEPPERCORN (one for Artie)

the choice is obvious 8)
