help with my blotched blue tongue !

Hi, i have a blotched blue tongue female (gravid) & she bred on the 2nd and 4th of november, she has been showing signs of birth very deap breathing alot more active and for the past 3-4 days she has been lifting her tail breathing very heavily and pushing but no babies, shes just getting ready to shed isnt eating as much but drining more, i was told to soak her in warm water ive done this 3 times over 3 days but still nothing ?

she is 5 years old.
