herpstat thermostat

Hi all

we have a herpstat thermostat spider robotics 2
It has two outputs and we are running two 100w heat cords.

but the current temps are staying at 18-19 degrees and we’ve set it up the temp at 34 degrees and it can’t reach it and it’s been 2-3hours.

settings are on dimming.

could anyone help please?

Hey mate,

I’m not too sure, but I believe the herpstats don’t work in Australia?

I looked into getting one before and something about voltage and amps being different to America

If you get it working let me know,. They look like a great lil unit
