home for 2 beardies

ok so i have this tv cabinet that i was unsure what to do with and now it looks like im building into a home for 2 teenage beardies for a friend.






looking at dividing the main section into two basic halves.
need to use your imagination with my crappy drawing



the shelves are all fixed so will cut out most of the top one to create a basking deck and the vertical walls will be cut to allow passage through. devider will be a perspex or glass wall with glass front.
each enclosure will be 85cm wide x 55cm deep and 72cm high.

any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.

My only concern would be the divider. If the two Beardies can see each other, will it stress them out?

Otherwise, its a great concept.

Definitely agree. A divider can't be see-through. The beardies will be trying to get at each other when they get older, and cause unnecessary stress.

Thanks guys. Yes i agree, in this case the devider needs to be solid. But ill be building it out of 6mm ply so if at a later date the future owner wants to change it can easily be swapped for a piece of 6mm glass
