geez you dont want much do you

the average for all would be $450 taking a guess

didn't you learn last time that doing your own research for a little while will be more productive? people aren't going to do all your work for you...

If you look in the forsale threads you will be able to cover half of the pythons, so why ask????
I think you really need to some reasearch. Try herpshop, reptiles down under and this web site just to get you started.

yeah, im looking through aps first, didnt think of the others though.after this thread theres one more: dragons, skinks and a few lil others but ill do my research BEFORE i post the thread.

Another point that your research should consider is that, even within a single sub-species, some variations in colour and pattern will be way more expensive than others. Typically, reptiles with common "wild" colours and patterns will be cheaper than those bred for "enhanced" colours and patterns. Also, reptiles whose ancestry can be demonstrated to trace back to a specific locality are likely to be more expensive than those that can't.

Why do you wona no the prices for that many animals any way mate if you wna keep that many i hope you gotta real hi paying job to pump out food enclosures etc.

good point derekm, but now my works harder! im sure i can figure out a short cut, thats what being 12 is all about!
and walker, i have my reasons.....

Shortcut 1: Build your expertise with "wild" types and you will have useful experience when/if you want to graduate to the more expensive variations when you're older and richer. If you start with the fancy ones now, where do you go from there?

Shortcut 2: If these are to be your first reptiles, limit your search to those types that are commonly acknowledged to be reasonably easy to keep healthy and that suit any accommodation limitations you may have.

Shortcut 3: Limit your search to those reptiles that you have seen and immediately thought, and still think, "I gotta have one of those!" Then limit further by how easy it is to keep healthy and your accommodation limitations.

c'mon, give the poor kid a break he was only asking, after all he is only 12! why does a lot of ppl on here feel the need to jump down other ppls throats and give nasty answers! im sure it wouldn't kill you to give him a nice/polite answer???
