If you got a picture it would be the best way to know for sure, there are (correct me if I’m wrong which I probably am) either 50 or 500 species (I have both those numbers in my head but I’m not sure which one is closer to the truth) of snake with similar patterns to a corn snake.

a friend found it in his backyard, while he was mowing. Lifted up the tin to mow and found it sittin there.

no not venemous at all. they are completely harmless
wow its amazing to just find one in ur yard. just goes to show that they are already out in the wild hey. beautiful colours too.
