ID help please.

hey all have seen a few of these lizards round our local area lately and i dont really know what they r they look to me like some sort of dragon. they r only small bout 20cm from head to tail i was thinkin maybe a juvenile water dragon but in doin a little more research im starting to think different can anyone help please...cheers.
