Was that taken around Brisbane? I think i saw you mention it somewhere that you were... If so, its most likely a striped marsh frog, Limnodynates peronii. they are certainly one of the most common species in urban areas of Brisbane after the eastern sedge frog Litoria fallax. Even if the photo wasn't taken in Brisbane it would still be my best bet.
 
I concur with Limnodynastes peroni Brownstriped Frog or Striped Marsh Frog.

It is not a good ID photo because it is way too far away and there is only one aspect shown. You are fortunate its quite distinctive in its markings. A location is also important because it can often eliminate similar looking species.

With L. salmini: stripes are salmon not yellow; the dark stripe is not well developed from the eye to the forelimb; the snout is shorter and rounder.
