    While this is a good idea, they are getting a bit ahead of themselves saying "for the first time, anywhere in Australia and only the second in the world, we've managed to obtain sperm samples from a reptile species". This is incorrect as Baden ( @Solar17 ) and also Others have both artificially inseminated pythons and Im guessing that there would be others too.
