is this wierd??

hey guys,
my 6 month old childrens was fed this arvo his usual feed. (2 fuzzy mice) i just went to go and move him inside and he is laying in his water bowl...
i live in darwin and im waiting for my new set up to arrive (by friday) because it has started to get cool of a night time here. he doesnt have any heat at the moment and has been no issue beause its been a great temp day and night.
he has eaten every meal i have given him and has shed about 2 weeks ago perfectly, without any assistance.
i have looked in the water bowl and doesnt look like there are any mites..
sorry for the novel but i thought it was strange that he was laying in his bowl when its not even hot out??
any advice would b much appreciated

nah, i think i just worked out why... wen i fed him i think one of the mice popped a tummy or something?! pretty messy and iv never had that before... i think he just may have been wanting a bath to get clean again?! lol... mr hygenic
iv got him inside now so will just put a lamp on him for a while...
