Juvenile snake in pool

    Found this little one in the pool!

    Any ideas? Belly is pink. Neck has little yellow stripes.

    Golden crowned snake :) distinguished by the well.. golden crown, there are also white crowned snake with a white crown.

    Venomous but not considered dangerous to humans

    Thanks-I was under the misapprehension they were northern rainforest species.

    I used to live in Pennant Hills and occasionally disturbed them raking leaf litter.
