Found a lump in my male bearded dragons mouth today. He's about 6 and is a ferocious eater and a nice healthy dragon but in the past 2 weeks he has been eating less and less and now he is spitting the food out. Enclosure is normal and has all the right heating and lighting so I am worried what to do.

It could be an abscess, although it's hard to see, as the lump is out of focus in the photos.
It's difficult to diagnose these sorts of things over the internet with any degree of confidence. As mentioned, you probably should take it to a vet, ideally one that specializes in reptiles.

How's your dragon going Eddy? What did you end up doing?
