Hello Everyone,
Tonight is the last meeting of the year for the Macarthur Herpetological Society. There will be a brief presentation on how to make an emergency incubator but primarily tonight's meeting is a swap meet. Everyone is welcome however, for those wanting a table to sell items from, you must be a current financial member. Membership is $15 per person or $30 for a family consisting of two adults two children. Membership will cover you until February 2015 if you sign up tonight. There will also be a sausage sizzle and members are invited to bring along a plate of nibblies as sort of a Xmas bash as well. The more people the merrier.
Doors open 7:00pm at the Scouts Hall on Broughton Street, Campbelltown with plenty of street parking available. Drinks and sausage sandwiches available.
For those who can't make it, the committee of the Macarthur Herpetological Society wishes everyone a Merry Christmas, a Happy New Year and that we hope to see you in the near future.
There is no meeting in January, however the first meeting of the year to be held on the third Friday of February will be non other than Michael Duncan doing a talk on the field trip to Ledknapper Nature Reserve. March will be Mitchell Herman from Knobtail Kingdom and April is Richard Wells on the 'Extinction of Australian Herpetofauna'. We are also lining up for Glenn Shea, Gerry Swan and David Kirshner for later in the year as well.
