'Microclimate AHS pulse proportional'

Hey guys,
Was just wondering if anyone uses or has used the 'Microclimate AHS pulse proportional before?

Im interested in them and exactly how the operate.

Is there still a need for normal basking bulbs in use with this?

Any info would be great,

They are no different to a ceramic heat radiator. you don't really need a basking light with them too, it's just another way to heat up an area. they are pretty pricey for what they are. Pro herp have radiators that are diffrent wattages that may be a better choice, and cheaper.
