in QLD, are we able to keep the 'rusty desert monitor' (varanus eremius)

we are alloud to keep anything but as far as i know there are no eremius held in captive collections legally... also they feast heavily on lizards and gecko tails in the wild... wonder if they would be fine on roaches/crix and mice
