I'm getting a snake soon however its may be from another state, I live in QLD and have looked at the instructions on how to import wildlife however it was so confusing to read the words seemed like they were everywhere. So can someone explain the process in better detail?

If you are Qld based and buying from interstate you need to complete a Movement Advice Form, obtainable online, the form needs to be completed on a computer with Microsoft Office and printed out to complete all pages. If you are buying from within Qld it is the sellers obligation to complete the form, you just need to sign your copy acknowledging receiving the reptile and return to the relevant department.
The form can be a bit challenging and you need a computer and printer, when I was based in NSW I used to complete the form for a lot of Qld buyers who did not have access to a computer with office to do it.
