This Friday (4.7.14) night is the North Coast Herpetology Group's annual fundraising auction. We are based in Port Macquarie and each year we have an annual auction to raise funds that help get the group through each year and support things like our reptile of the year competition, photography competition and field trips. To raise these funds the group receives 10% of the sale price of each item auctioned off unless items are voluntarily donated to the group in which the group then receives full proceeds from that item. These nights are always fun filled and some great bargains could be scored. Items to be auctioned do not have to be reptile related. As always members and guests of all ages and experience levels are encouraged to come along and enjoy the night.
