Does NSW Wildlife Licensing ever answer the phone?

Literally every time I call them it goes straight to voicemail and says that they're on the phone to other callers. Is this true?

They could be on the phone to someone else or doing something else ,generally its a waste of time talking anyway .I asked them by email a few months back about this native green tree python thing (wont go into it in detail ) they did not even read the email and thought i may be talking about green tree snakes .
