orange spots on scails

i have received a snake. i am currently treating it for mites (has very little amount)
but i have also just come across some orange scails on him. wondering if anyone could give me more info.

Your snake is probaly fine i suspect that it is only a blister {blisters on snake are yelloish pussy sacs} But you must keep an eye on your snake and if you notice it getting much worst and or the colour spreading more go to the vet.
