Is it just my screen or is it difficult to find the Post New Thread button?

Must be just your screen as I can see it just fine. N.B. Numerous forums (Marketplace) require a subscription before you can post, so the button will not appear there if you aren't a subscriber.

That would be because you need to be in the forum in which you wish to start your thread.
