Praying manids

Anyone keep them? Always thought they were some of the coolest of the inset world - them and dragonflies.

Can you get them in Oz ? Do you have any native species ? mantids are fascinating things, have had a few but i cant remember having any australian ones (sorry).

Ive kept mantid shrimps too, they were really weird things.

Yeah we have them. Not aware of any introduced ones - only natives.
