QLD Movement advice

I was wondering, if someone in QLD has shipped something interstate they attach their movement advice paperwork with it. Now non Queenslanders don't have to follow QLD laws and so I take it they are not compelled to return the movement advice back to parks in QLD?

You have to attach the sheet intended for the receiver. Normally it is just placed on top of the newspaper inside the container. It is then the responsibility of the receiver to return it to DEHP, although I doubt they would chase it up.
