Receiving from interstate (to QLD)

I emailed QLD wildlife people last week about bringing a snake up from NSW to QLD. The movement advice was the only paper work required.
Are you buying from a breeder? If so then the transfer of the snakes to your license should be pretty straight forward as per acquiring any new reptile. If you're buying from a breeder than they should know of any other red tape you may need to cross as well.
I emailed the QLD wildlife people and got a response the same day (took 2 weeks for NSW to write back) Given its Anzac Day long weekend then it may take a few days but they've been great to deal with so far.
