Reptile One Terrarium problems

Yesterday I built my bearded dragon enclosure and everything seems to be fine but the doors. When both are open you and easliy close one door, but the other door that's still open drops down and it's extremely hard to close. This happens to both doors, I have contacted reptile one about the issue, however I was wondering if anyone else has/had the same provlem

There is an adjustment screw in the hinge, all you need is a Phillips head screwdriver
