Just after some advice

I live in QLD I want to take in/adopt a rescue python.

I just have the basic wildlife recreation licence.

As far as I am aware, there are no papers stating where snake came from, apart from being injured and covered with mites.

How do I go about getting the python on my licence?


PLease DO NOT attack me, I am seeking advice from experts on this forum, as to what action I need to take, and whether it is at all possible for me to add this python to my collection and licence.

Ask them, then basically its the same as a sale transfer from what I understand...

Are you adopting/rescuing a snake that is owned by someone with a permit? If so a movement advise is all that's required. If the snake is not on the other persons permit, then it would be illegal to have in your possession.
