There are road resurfacing works happening right outside our house and it will go on from 8pm to 5am for a few days.
One of my snakes is getting extremely agitated and snappy and I don’t blame her, I’m starting to feel the same. To make things more fun, she did a massive poop so I had to take her out and clean up. Normally she tolerates being hooked and moved into a puppy pen (she has even started going in of her own free will) but tonight she kept on trying to twist around and bite me.
Is there anything I can do to help her? Would putting a fluffy blanket or towels inside her enclosure help, as they could absorb the vibrations somewhat?
Edit: this seems to have calmed her down a bit although she’s probably still picking up the vibrations through her jaw bones.
