My SAHD eggs started hatching yesterday 1 week early than I was expecting them, the first egg was slit when I looked in on them in the morning and it had its nose sticking out to breath.
A few hours later a second egg slit and this morning when I looked in on them it was running around, so I have moved it to a tank (pics to come), the first egg that slit that had its nose sticking out has not changed (is that normal?) and non of the other eggs have slit.
about how many days apart can they be till they hatch?
and about how many days till the hatched one will eat?
Cheers and Thanks

Congrats!
Sorry, I don't breed or keep SAHD but would love to see pics as I adore them. Hopefully I'll get some one day!

another one is out of the eggs and another one has slit, the first egg that slit, still has not changed I am hoping it is just absorbing the last of the yolk.
But at least some them are hatching which beats what happened with the first clutch which were all killed by the heat

he is so cute and small, i love SAHD. i have 2 7month olds hope they breed one day wen they are older.
