I have just recently found out that @saximus is no longer with us and while having never met the guy in person, it was a bit of a blow. Some of you may remember @saximus who was one hell of a bloke and regularly went out of his way on the forum to teach new reptile owners, bring reason to debates and was just in general an all nice guy. Losing him in this world makes it a little bit darker as he was one of the best.

RIP Sachs, I for one will miss you.

That is really sad news. I am so very sorry to hear it. One can tell from his contributions here that his passing will be a great loss for his family and friends. My sincere condolences go out to them. He will be truly missed.

Haven't been past the forum much of late but I'm quite sad to hear this. Saximus was always the voice of reason in all debates.
