is it ok to chop up some shallots for the beardies and eastern water dragons along with my kale, endive, squash, butter nut pumpkin, broccoli and corn?? i need to use the shallots up..?

i thought that but have you ever eaten mustard greens? i haven't but its called mustard green, surely thats gotta have some spice?? no?? lol maybe ill give it a miss.

no do not give them shallots...potential toxicity

According to beautiful dragons website onion is potentially toxic to beardies, shallots are in the onion family so i'd give it a wide berth just in case

LizardLady would be so proud of those quick responses.
As previously stated best to avoid.
