Hi i’v got some space and would like to keep a shingleback lizard
Is 80cm in length, 30cm wide and 45cm tall big enough?

I would say no to an adult but good size to start with a baby shingleback, I keep mine in 125cm X 60cm X 60cm but people keep them in box/racks so I guess it's up to you and what you think is ok
 
Not really. You'd get away with about 90cm x 60cm, some may say 90 x 45cm is passable, some may say even less, but I'd personally go 120 x 60cm. Height isn't particularly important. A width of 30cm is definitely not sufficient.
