I've got a bunch of silk worm eggs from last season - none of them are near hatching yet though.
As far as i am aware it is the wrong time of year for silk worms. Which makes sense considering their sole food source - mulberry leaves are in scant supply, being that mulberry trees are deciduous, and it is winter..
Try looking around Octoberish.
