Small lizards as pets.

Hey everyone im looking for a good easy to handle lizard that can fit into a 4x1x1 tank.

I was looking into a central netted dragon but have been told they are not great to handle so im hoping for some infomation
I already own a blue tongue so would like something different

Im only on a basic Victorian wildlife licence.

pygmy beardies maybe? the width and height means it's very limited though.
