Hey guys, I’m pretty new here.
How’s about we get a fun thread going where we perpetually post our records of longest submerged breath hold?
Rules:
1. Head must be underwater
2. Owner observed whole time
3. Some kind of photo evidence of timeframe (start & end maybe?)
4. Post age of snake, time/date
5. Post species
Because I don’t know much about the species, while I was sitting here worried something was wrong, I did some reading - and saw around 1/2hr is kind of normal - but information is sparse. I suppose the stats/data nerd inside of me was disappointed at the lack of available data
As we speak, my Darwin just came up for air after just under 30mins!
So here we go - 1st post:
1. Yes (photos below)
2. Yes
3. See below
4. Approx 1.5yrs
5. Albino Darwin Python (pure)
I think this is interesting, hope you guys/girls too
