the cats killed this snake and was wondering what kind it was to see i
f we should be worried.
poor snake whatever it is
Ouch your cat did a number on it.
I’m going to say Eastern brown. Head shape and colour compared to body check out as a darker locale.
But that’s not a 100%,
We will need info like location etc
Might want to take cats to vet to be safe
south east Qld @Bl69aze
Your cats sure made chop-suey out of that!
Definitely not a Brown. Looks like a Small Eyed Snake to me. No need to be worried.
thank you all for your responses
Your cats should be kept indoors!
That snake is only the tip of the iceberg of what they have killed and will continue to kill.
either indoors or in a run. runs are easy to get for low prices, too.
Agreed.... I was reviewing some footage around 7am and discovered some captured images from early this morning at 1:38am. Tonight I have 2 traps set in that exact spot.
Yes, cat trapping is a much loved pastime of mine.
the cats are kept in a cage that is outdoors and the snake came into it and then the cats killed it.
