It is very hard to tell with that pic but I would have to say it is either Hemiaspis damelii or Parasuta dwyeri.
Are there alot of frogs at or near your work place?

Its def a Parasuta Dwyeri, im from the Bathurst area and they are fairly common between here and Orange. Strange to see him active in such cold conditions though.
