Morning all, my daughter made a hide out of air drying clay for our snake and I need to know what sealant or something to use to make sure its safe?
Thanks guys

hey, its should be fine how it is.
just put it in the oven for about 20 minutes on about 200 to make sure its fully dry. plus putting it in the oven will kill most harmful bacteria. im pretty sure most bacteria die before 100 degrees anyway.

Hope this helps

the best product i have found is PVA glue from Bunnings watered down a little bit to make easier to paint with, that is what i used to seal a background of mine, hope that helps you out

Awesome thanx guys! was worried i wouldn't be able to use it

Varnish or laquer will seal it just make sure all the smell has gone before putting it in
