snake skin shed

Hey everyone.
My snake just shed, and i want to put it on my wall or somewhere. Is there a need to clean it or anything?

no
since your snake is kept inside it shouldnt have much bacteria or parasite on it

LOL...I'm not the only one! I've got about seven sheds from Snakey and its interesting to see the growth (taking into account for the stretch factor). I know I will eventually end up having to dispose of them as I start to get overrun with them.

I just air mine off and they seem to be ok then to display as long as they haven't been pooped on. As far as long term storage, I don't know as they would start to break down eventually.

The first shed is very exciting as JDWest said. Its even more exciting to see them in the act of shedding

My yearling bredli just shed. Have had her since a hatchling. Can't believe how much she's grown
