hi. far as we know after changing a place of live a snake has a stress.
please tell me if my python sleep on my hand is it a sign a stress has passed.

He wouldn't be on your hand if he was stressed, he would be hiding away.
Referring to your other thread, if you are concerned about your python being stressed, definitely do not force feed, fish or otherwise.
