    That spider-like tail is absolutely eerie. It's such a marvelous adaption! Nature never ceases to amaze.

    A non herper friend of mine asked me the other day if these were real, and he was surprised when I said yes. He was amazed that they aren't more widely shown on docos etc.

    The reason of course is that they are illegal to have in captivity in almost any circumstances (curses! I would love some!) and filming on location in remote Iran is... not without issues.

    one of the weirdest lures I have ever seen.That spider tail is a most realistic version of a huntsman spider .

    Dumbass bird really wanted that spider , even after it got tagged came straight back in to get it wtf
