we bought a 11m old SWCP about 3 weeks ago. Had been eating weekly most regularly until we received & hasn’t since. Tank on 33 & 27 on cool end (small tank 30cm so hard to make a greater gradient with light above). When should I start to worry & any tips?

Have blacked in sides, in secluded area of house, don’t handle & explores more at night, although coming out to bask more lately. At a loss as had bigger snakes previously.

SW's are normally very good feeders, what size are the rodents you are offering? You may have it too warm, they like to move to cooler spots.

It’s been having fuzzies last 4 feeds prior to us, but we have even tried pinkies lately to see if it works. He moves around abit from hot & cold, but is preferring hot spot now that he seems to be settling in.

Are you talking about mice or rats? Not sure how big he is but an almost 1 yr old SW should be on quite large mice or equivalent size rats, I would not feed pinkies even as a first meal to a just hatched SW, and not surprised he won't eat them.
