Tree snakes

Putting a line out there, how common are real blue phase common/green tree snakes? Not the washed out slight hint of silvery blue amongst the yellow and green; proper blue and black, slightly teal ones.

I think the normal blue ones are common and the blue grey ones are rare (well in captivity not sure in wild).
