unable to upload pics

iv seen a few posts about this but not seen a fix
i try and upload a photo and get the not valid image file message iv tried chrome firefox and from my iphone changed the file sizes is there a way to upload photos?

Done that with no luck iv tried everything I can think of

Best bet is to use a photo upload service like picasa, photo bucket, Dropbox etc to upload a photo and reference to it in your posts by using the upload plugin to insert the url.
