Planning ahead for outdoor monitor enclosures, I have been giving some thought to underfloor heating for winter burrows/hides, after it was suggested to me. I think this way might be more energy efficient than globes, and provide a greater residual heat for the colder nights of winter.
Has anyone had any experience with this, or have any ideas? I am tossing between the traditional heat cord and the underfloor heating systems for bathrooms (if it can be adapted for outdoor use). Thinking I will run it under/between pavers rather than concrete, in case I need to change or move it.
